Abstract
ESPRIT - Engineering & Scientific Projects Research for International Teamwork is a cooperative student research payload of students who designed and integrated 14 experiments from four universities on a rocket payload to investigate the high-latitude upper atmosphere. The work was conducted mostly by undergraduate and a few graduate students at Penn State and three Norwegian universities. The rocket was sponsored by NASA and the Norwegian Science Ministry and was launched at Andoya Rocket Range on 1 July 2006. All of the payload system and experiments were successful in providing good data which was reported the following year at the annual European Science Agency (ESA). This document is the presentation of the Ready Review conducted before the field program began.
